Cindy Cook - Artist Research

Cindy Cook has 11 years of experience in the gaming industry, she has worked on 11 titles and shipped 8 games also including 4 AAA games. She has worked on a variety of platforms as Environment Artist, Character Artist, Modeller and Animator. She is also adaptable to different art and technical requirements which in my opinion is a very key skill in the gaming industry.

This is some work from an artist who worked on the game FarCry. Her name is Cindy Cook and she is an environmental artist. She has done lots of other work other environments and is currently working at Ubisoft. I think that this artist is relevant to my work because in my final Photoshop piece I want to include some natural things to suit the theme, and this artist does these type of things. Seeing how she has used the colours in the pieces of work and how all of the rocks, grass and trees are positioned, has helped me to see how I can incorporate that into my work.
